Silvia and Gabriel have respectively 32 and 39 years and live in May 2009 Norrkoping (Sweden) where she works as a doctor in a public hospital in the city and he (a degree in astronomy) is the National Weather Service meteorologist Swedish. 
Why they chose to emigrate to Sweden right? "Some people in Sweden there is by chance, when the initial goal was in fact another. Some people chose to Sweden after years of reflection and travel in this beautiful country. Some people like us, and others, simply because they chose a particular juncture in offering opportunities and quality of life comparable to those left in Italy. " As many of us Italians emigrated to the world, including Silvia and Gabriel leave Italy was not entirely painless ("As with any choice, this has cost us: above all we have left parents, brothers and sisters, relatives, friends ... and even if the return is low-cost easy and fast, it's never like living in your old country, where everyone speaks your language-with all possible shades, and even your dialect-street encounters and maybe the old school. ") and, like many of we Italians emigrated in the world, they also make up for the distance from the suffering back home thanks to the Internet and in particular to programs like Skype and blogs through which often tell a bit 'of our lives abroad.
